Tried a new recipe today. From a paleo site. Chicken cordon blue. Feta stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon. Yup! It happened…

Good times. Also, was partnered with treelegged hulk man for leg kicks. I expect bruises tmrw. XD

Repeat warm upAlso I went to bed last night telling myself I would go to morning class no matter what was going on with my hip. I’d just show up and do what I could. My squats weren’t very low but I went. I have to confess I have a hard time with consistency. I struggle to keep my gym schedule with law school and general laziness. But today was a little victory.

Woke up this morning with sharp pain in my left hip flexer. What?! I didnt even gym yesterday. I was stuck at the law school from 7:30 am until 9 pm… am I doing crazy feats of strength in my sleep?! Trying to stretch it out but still can’t grab my own foot in a normal quad stretch. Grrr.
